A Guided Look Inside the Choose Yourself Workbook — Becoming With Purpose

Becoming With Purpose Journal

Inside the workbook, the visual design is intentionally calm and the exercises are intentionally focused. The goal is to reduce overwhelm so you can spend your energy on honest reflection.

A blank page can become a meeting place with the part of you that has been waiting to speak.

How to use the pages

Begin with the day’s short teaching, then respond to the prompts without trying to sound wise. Use fragments, lists, or full paragraphs. The page belongs to you. End by selecting one practical action so insight has a way to enter your day.

Make the workbook yours

Print it, write digitally if your setup allows, revisit earlier pages, or bring selected responses into therapy or a trusted conversation. Privacy matters; store your copy where you feel comfortable being truthful. There is no correct handwriting, pace, or emotional reaction.

A small practice for today

Before opening a guided page, set a timer, silence one distraction, and decide what gentle transition will help you return to your day afterward.

Pause and reflect

  • What environment helps me write honestly?
  • Do I prefer brief answers or deeper journaling?
  • What support might I want after a difficult reflection?
